Still-Thoughts products are not intended for free use and we retain the rights to all announcements/invitations, designs and concepts. We, Still-Thoughts own the copyrights to all concepts and designs finished and unfinished. We also retain the right to display all finished and unfinished products in our online portfolio or any other marketing materials that we use or may use in the future. We may modify/change any personally identifiable information prior to placing products in our online portfolio.

Photo and design credit must be clearly posted and/or provided for any and all Still-Thoughts designs and images posted on any websites, bios, etc. Approval and/or release must be obtained, unless otherwise stated from Still-Thoughts if a monogram design file or other design file is to used by another company.

This website and all its contents, including but not limited to designs, art, text, photographs, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and the compilation thereof is the property of Still-Thoughts, and is protected by United States copyright laws. The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on this website are the registered and unregistered marks of Still-Thoughts and are protected by United States trademark laws.

All designs offered for sale on this site are both legally copyrighted by Still-Thoughts and officially licensed for sale at It is against the law to modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative work from, distribute, display or in any way commercially exploit any of its contents. Any attempt to copy or closely emulate our designs for the purpose of exploitation or profit will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

By submitting your photos to Still-Thoughts and utilizing our services you certify the following:

1. You are the parent or guardian or have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian of the baby/babies or child/children whose photos are being submitted

2. You are the owner or own the rights to the photographs being submitted

3. You have obtained permission from the photographer to submit his/her professional photo and to duplicate that image for the purposes of creating a birth announcement/invitation.

4. You agree to hold harmless Still-Thoughts for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees or judgments resulting from any claims or lawsuit made against us claiming that the work produced violates any copyright or proprietary right of any person or entity.



We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash, money orders, personal/business checks or cashier's checks. Our authorized payment processor, PayPal collects and hosts all payment related information. They collect information about your account transactions and may collect information about your computer or other access device for fraud prevention purposes. PayPal uses SSL (opens a new window) encryption to safeguard your data. We use third party payment processors rather than process your credit card ourselves because these companies are the experts at making your buying experience safe and highly secure. We never personally see your credit card details and the information is not held or stored by us in any way. We ship orders via United Parcel Service (“UPS”), United States Postal Service ("USPS") and Federal Express (“FedEx”). Orders are processed for shipment Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 12:00 pm CST, will begin processing the next business day.

All shipping rates listed are for standard ground shipping with transit times ranging from 2-9 days from date of shipment for US orders. Orders may be shipped in separate shipments. Every item in a single order must be shipped to the same address. If you want items shipped to separate addresses (as gifts, for example), you'll need to place a separate order for each address.

We currently only ship items to the US-Mainland. We will begin offering shipment to other locations in the near future. Packages to U.S. Post Office boxes (P.O. boxes) will only be sent via the United States Postal Service.

Once your order has shipped, you will be e-mailed a tracking/delivery confirmation number. You can use this number to track your package at, or You can also contact if you have any questions.

We always try our best to make sure your order gets where it is going in a reasonable amount of time. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery error and shipping schedules. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will always do our best keep you informed of any changes with you order.

In very rare cases, an item may go out of stock after you place your order. If this should happen, we'll remove the out-of-stock item from your order and refund that portion of your purchase. In the unusual event that we remove an item or cancel your order because something is out of stock, we'll e-mail you right away to let you know.


Design and Print Products:

Due to the custom nature our products, returns are not accepted. We work hard to make sure your products meet and exceed your expectations. In order to prevent errors we recommend that you ensure that your ensemble is to your satisfaction in every aspect prior to signing the print and production agreement. By signing the print and production agreement you certify that all information is correct and that the product is to your satisfaction.

Orders for print designs can be cancelled during the design process only. However, these orders cannot be cancelled once the print and production agreement has been signed. Orders for digitally delivered products must be cancelled prior to receipt of the intial proof set. Any cancellation during these periods will result in the loss of your initial design deposit or a 25% of purchase price cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to complete your order. In this instance any funds submitted will be refunded to the customer.

E-SHOP Purchases:

We will gladly accept returns or exchange most items that are new, unopened, unwashed, in original condition and packaging with all documentation, parts and accessories. Returns must be initiated and shipped for return within 14 days of delivery of item(s). We must be contacted prior to returning your item(s). Item(s) must be returned with a copy of the packing slip and return authorization number. Once the item is received a refund for the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee will be issued within 14 business days. Original or return shipping costs will not be refunded or reimbursed.

Damaged Merchandise

If your item(s) were damaged during shipment please contact us within 48hrs of delivery of your order. In order to eligible for a full refund or replacement we must be contacted within 48hrs of delivery of your order to request a return authorization number. Please be specific regarding the damage to your items. You will be provided specific information for returning your item. If we are not contacted within 48hrs of delivery of damaged merchandise the return will be subject to the terms of the general return policy above.

How to Return or Exchange an item?

1. Send an e-mail to to initiate a return/exchange & get a return authorization number and address to send your return. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! Don’t forget. We must know who's sending what back to properly credit your account.

We will not process any orders that are received without a return authorization number.

2. Once this information is received and a return or exchange is approved, we will send a return authorization number & address for returning your item(s).
